You Make It Happen!

The key to our success rests in our volunteers who embody the spirit of greatness by saying, "Yes I can, and so can you!" Thank you so much for your hard work. We could never have asked for more dedicated volunteers, and we cannot express how grateful we are to have you here!

Angela

Angela "Angie" Heck

Angie has been volunteering for Home Delivered Meals at the Senior Center for 12 years. When her last living grandparent (Anna Heck) passed away in the Fall of 2006, she decided to Volunteer in her honor. Anna received Home Delivered meals and really enjoyed them as well as visiting with the volunteers. Angie appreciated the service that was provided to her grandmother and wanted to be part of giving that to someone else's grandparent. Angie was born and raised in Bismarck and is a graduate of the University of North Dakota. Go Sioux! She is currently employed at United Tribes Technical College in the Safety and Security Department. Angie enjoys spending time with her wonderful family, awesome friends, and especially the love of her life Andrew and their dogs. She enjoys meeting all the incredible people the Home Delivered Meals program serves, the other amazing volunteers and also the wonderful staff of the Senior Adults Program. It makes her heart happy!
