The key to our success rests in our volunteers who embody the spirit of greatness by saying, "Yes I can, and so can you!" Thank you so much for your hard work. We could never have asked for more dedicated volunteers, and we cannot express how grateful we are to have you here!

Penny has been delivering meals for eight years. After the first two years, she asked Tom if he wanted to ride along, and he has been her partner in delivering meals ever since. She currently works full time as the evening Custodial Supervisor at the State Capitol. She previously worked in a nursing home, hospital and a retail store. When she is not working, she is taking care of her home and family, or spending time reading or traveling. Penny has been married to Joel for 26 years. They have one son and two daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family playing strategy games, cooking and traveling the world together. Delivering meals is very rewarding for her and it makes her happy!
Tom has been volunteering for 6 years. He started volunteering with Penny with Home Delivery Meals when she asked him if he wanted to ride along.
