Research has proven that older adults who socialize regularly live longer and healthier lives. At the Burleigh County Senior Adults Program, we "live"! Learning, playing, exercising, eating with friends, celebrating the little things...isn't that what life's all about? Join us for everything from Strength Finders to sew & share, movies to meatballs, and coffee to coloring.
Your health, wellness and independence are our primary concerns. To keep your body healthy, we offer Strength Finders, a fitness/exercise room, foot care, and a healthy lunch. To keep your mind well, take part in our daily activities, help others by volunteering with us, play any of the games we offer, or just drop by for a little coffee and conversation. Everything we do revolves around our participants and their wellbeing, and at the Burleigh County Senior Adults Program, we believe that should always include fun!
