Volunteers

You Make It Happen!

The key to our success rests in our volunteers who embody the spirit of greatness by saying, "Yes I can, and so can you!" Thank you so much for your hard work. We could never have asked for more dedicated volunteers, and we cannot express how grateful we are to have you here!

LuGale Schirber

LuGale has been coming to the Senior Center for 2 1/2 years. She volunteers with pouring coffee, in the Gift Shop and at the reservation desk. She is also a member of the Senior Center Advisory Committee. In her free time, she enjoys going to church, watching TV and taking care of her grand dog “Yogi”. LuGale has lived in Utah and Nevada before coming back to Bismarck in 2010. She has one son, one daughter, four grandchildren and has been widowed twice. She previously worked as a Realtor for 25 years and is currently working part time as a home delivery shopper for Cashwise. LuGale was the first woman from Burleigh County to serve on the 43rd Legislative Assembly. She started coming to the Senior Center for the friendly atmosphere, fun activities, good food and the opportunity to meet new people. Thank you LuGale, for giving your time and continuing to serve others here at the Bismarck Senior Center!
